In8ness is happy to introduce a new report feature that offers users a unique exploration of parallels between their own personality traits and those of popular fictional characters. This new tool adds a fun and engaging twist onto our existing comprehensive research-based reporting by comparing your personality trait profile(s) with those of renowned fictional characters from literature, film, and television that have left a lasting mark in our cultural landscape.
In a world steeped in narratives, stories hold great value as conduits of entertainment, emotion, and cultural reflection. From the pages of classic literature to the screens of blockbuster films, stories shape our perceptions, spark our imaginations, and offer a window into the diverse tapestry of human experiences. Beyond their role in providing an escape into fantastical realms, stories serve as mirrors reflecting the complexities of our own lives, fostering empathy, and igniting our innate curiosity. As we delve into the realms of fiction, we often broaden our understanding of the world, discovering shared values and confronting diverse perspectives.
By comparing users' personality trait profiles with those of a growing database of fictional characters, we unlock insights into the interplay between storytelling, identity, and the profound connections we forge with the characters that inhabit our collective imagination. The new report features:
- A set of dynamic charts that compares the top 3 most/least similar characters to the user’s assessment trait profile.
- Detailed table comparing the users’ personality trait profile(s) across the entire database of fictional characters.
- The report is dynamic and will automatically be updated as new fictional characters are added to the database – so check back in the future and you will see new comparisons!
